"Clif is an excellent and knowledgeable realtor!! I must admit I was skeptical at first, but after speaking with him he quickly resolved my reservations! The confidence he has to sell your home is inspiring. We listed our home, and then the pandemic happened! I became discouraged, but Clif frequently stayed in touch and provided updates. He will work hard for you even to the point of negotiations like a lawyer with the other realtor and lenders. Thankfully that we chose Clif because we had been trying to sell our home for 7 years. 7 years and multiple realtors later Clif got it done! Choose Clif because he will sell your home in a spiff!"

My brother, David, and I had been trying to sell our mother’s old home place for years, without much luck. We had almost given up hope of ever being able to sell it. Then we met Clif Cannon of Southern Acres Hunting and Real Estate Properties. Clif worked tirelessly for us, and within a few months, had the property sold very close to the original asking price.

"I want to say that it was a pleasure working with Clif Cannon on the sale of the house. He was very knowledgeable and explained what was best for us. Clif went beyond everything I imagined that a realtor would do. I give him a A+++. He will be up front and tell you what you need to do to prepare your house for sale. I do recommend Clif to anyone. Thank you, Clif, it has been a pleasure working with you. PS: I made a new friend as well. To anyone selling or buying a home or land I would hire these wonderful folks for the job!"

"When we decided to sell my mother’s land in Franklin County, I wasn’t sure of a realtor and then I saw where Cliff had recently sold my grandmother’s house for the SECOND TIME. I learned that Clif sold it the first time when my mother had it up for sale, so I knew we were in good hands. Cliff always answered every question, and we had several, in a very timely manner and was nothing but professional. I would highly recommend him to anyone in the area. And again, thank you Clif for all your hard work."

"Clif made the sell of our property from listing to final sell as easy as possible. I thought that selling our land was going to be very difficult since we lived out of the state and we had never done this before. He guided us step by step through the process and when a question arose, he answered in a very quick and efficient manor. I would definitely recommend Clif to anyone who is looking to sell land or property. You will be in good hands."

Clif served as our realtor for two property purchases and one sale, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. His knowledge of the market—especially when it comes to hunting and recreational property—was invaluable and ultimately helped us achieve an excellent return on our investment.

When selling our property, Clif used the latest advertising and marketing strategies to ensure it received maximum exposure. He was also incredibly patient with our requests throughout the process, and his efforts paid off when we received a great offer.

His support as our buying agent was just as exceptional. Clif worked closely with the seller to negotiate a fair and balanced deal that worked well for both sides. Even after closing, his help didn’t stop—he connected us with trusted local professionals, which was incredibly helpful since we were new to the area.

We highly recommend Clif to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, dedicated, and trustworthy realtor.

I have been working with Clif over the past two years to navigate the complex sell of our property. He tackled each obstacle with a calm presence and a commitment from start to finish. He was proactive, knowledgeable and dedicated. He worked closely with lawyers and kept the process on track and coordinated. He answered all of my many questions anytime I called him.
Clif’s professionalism and persistence are spot on when you need someone helping you sell your property. I would highly recommend him as the best of the best as you buy or sell property! I made a friend for life working with Clif!

Working with Clif Cannon at Southern Acres was an incredible experience! His understanding of local land and marketing trends was evident. He never hesitated answering my multitude of questions and, through his expertise, helped me understand the process.
Clif knew exactly how to showcase the land to make it more marketable and present its greatest potential. He helped value the property accurately and communicated updates promptly. If you are looking for a knowledgeable and professional advocate for your land, I strongly recommend Clif Cannon!

After our first listing with another agent expired with no sale or even a showing, I contacted Clif at Southern Acres. When I got to the property to meet him, Clif was already flying his drone, as we walked the property and got to know each other, I could tell that Clif was a pro and knew exactly how to market our family property. In no time Clif was showing our property to buyers and quickly had an offer that we accepted. Almost exactly what he told us it would sell for. Clif kept us informed as the process continued and we had a smooth sale of our property. If you want it sold and sold fast, give Clif Cannon at Southern Acres Hunting & Real Estate Properties a call, we’re glad we did. - D. McRaney

Clif,

Endless thanks for your dedication to selling our property. On April 7, 2021 (I kept extensive records) all of my questions about easements, land value in 1950, etc. were answered freely with no pressure. Then and there I knew you would be the first realtor I’d call if and when a decision was made to sell our property. And here we are……Sold! We couldn’t have navigated this process without you! Wishing you all the prosperity and success in the world with Southern Acres!

Highly recommended Clif Cannon he was incredibly professional throughout the entire process and did a fantastic job helping us sell our land a great experience from start to finish.

Clif is great to work with. Super responsive and puts you as the client first. I always feel like Clif has my best interest at heart.

We have used Clif Cannon several times. The first time we hired him to sell a house that another realtor tried to sell for 2 years. He sold it in one week. Second house was sold very quickly as well. He gets the job done and I would not use anyone else but him!

Clif was an all-around perfect choice. Very patient with us; as were new to Land purchase. He was extremely knowledgeable about every aspect of the process and also very open and honest with how to handle things. At no point did we feel rushed or misled. I would recommend Clif to everyone. Go see the Southern Acres and get you a nice property! You won’t regret it.

I’ve been in the real estate business for over 40 years and he is one of the very best professional agents I’ve met. He did a wonderful job selling my property and I tried other agent's 1st. I would definitely recommend Clif Cannon as my number one pick in the area.
